Reviews are very mixed, but most mainly point to very long wait times, order mistakes, and inconsistent service, especially at the drive-thru. Several customers also say the dining room sometimes closes earlier than expected and that the organization leaves something to be desired. On the other hand, a few people find the food fresh and good, with quick and courteous service on occasion.
Only went for a drink. Cashier was very nice and my drink order was correct compared to the other 2 I'd gotten before that at other Wendy's locations.
Food is amazing, wait time is unacceptable. Takes a MINIMUM of 15 minutes sitting in the parking lot for them to bring your food. They need to figure out how to bring food out faster, it’s ridiculous.

This Wendy’s is actually one of the best Wendy’s out here in Sherbrooke. The food is always fresh. The atmosphere always clean. The employees are always kind. I don’t know what to say anymore. Some times they might take a little long but it’s because they get a lot of uber and DoorDash !
I love the service and food😊the caissier are always smiling and sandwiches are always hot and tasty.

The food tasted awful. I couldn’t eat it, so I gave it to my dog, and even she threw up.
They took way to long to make a simple limonade (the fountain of limonade was right infront of me) and I was here for 40 minutes waiting to order and get my food I find that this place lacks a lot of organisation because a lot of the workers didn’t know what to do expect for one worker. I talked to others and they said they waited almost an hour for their food and there was maybe 5 costumers in the restaurant.
Fresh ingredients, place is always clean and my order ready very fast but the thing that stands out the most at this location is Tia’s smile and impeccable customer service. 10/10 strongly recommend.
Stopped by Wendy’s to grab food for my family and kids. Apparently, ordering multiple meals triggered an unofficial fitness assessment from that little lady, because I got fat-shamed and treated as if every burger, nugget, and fry was destined for me alone. To make the experience even better, the service was painfully slow. Despite there being zero cars behind me in the drive-thru, I was told to park and wait anyway. So instead of waiting comfortably where I already was, I got the VIP experience of wandering around the restaurant wondering if my food had been sent on a cross-country tour. On the bright side, my family eventually got their meal. On the downside, I got a side order of judgment that I definitely didn't ask for. .....if only the had the order right also.... Nope! Messed that up too
Complete garbage. The food is not the same quality as Wendy's outside of Sherbrooke. 2 customers inside, took 15 min to get my food at the drive-thru. Went there about 5 times since it opened, same complete useless service everytime. The staff is also super rude. They should simply close. Go to Quesada, McDonalds, Benny, Pizzbox, get a sandwich at a gas station, just don't go there.
Bottom line, the employees do not care.

Every time I have ate here they get something wrong. I consistently order a frostyccino and it's always different- sometimes a frosty only, but this time made me angry. The manager explained to her employee (after asking how to make it) that it's caramel, frosty, and Cinnamon Toast Crunch topping on top. I brought it back and said it's cold brew, ice, and vanilla frosty for a frosty-ccino I ordered. She refused to remake it. I am highly disappointed with this service and hope in time the manager will be replaced or will be retrained. Either way, I left in tears one too many times over this.

I haven’t been to Wendy’s in ages (like almost 10 years) and we thought we’d give it a try. Exactly as I remember it. Burger was tasty, loved the tomato and lettuce. Fries were crispy and salty. The chicken fingers were just okay: there seemed to be way more breading than chicken. The drink dispense was also a disappointment. Id say that over half of the drink options were not available (including Coke Zero! How can you run out of Coke Zero!?!). Overall, a good meal but not a great one.
Wendy’s has always been my go to fast food. But there’s nothing fast about this place. Unavoidably if you go through the drive-through you will be sent to the parking lot to wait and it will not be five minutes. Expect the wait a good 20 to 30 minutes. It’s unacceptable to make you go through this without warning you this is gonna happen to you. They should tell you it’s gonna take a long time but no they just take your order and then they make you wait forever. Sorry, but this has been my experience the last like four times. And on top of that they give you the drinks from before so if you happen to order a frosty obviously it’s gonna be milk by the time you get your food.
A clean place to eat also good drive through experience.

This is a clean, very clean Wendy's boutique location. The food is quintessentially Wendy's. All I ask is for the food to be hot and tasty...this visit fit the bill! I really enjoy the fountain drink station that offers more than 100 varieties. I do not believe that you will find Mr. Pibb soda anywhere else in Sherbrooke! Check out this cute location!
I have visited yeaterday and the ambiance is warm, modern, and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home.
The restaurant is clean. The food was fresh and delicious. My favourite item is the chicken nuggets. Will visit for sure again:)
Absolutely love Wendy’s! Not sure why people still choose McDonald’s when Wendy’s is around — the quality is just on another level. I really hope they open more locations, especially in the Lennoxville area. I ordered the Dave’s Double with poutine (added bacon!) and the Spicy Asiago Chicken Sandwich. The burger was miles ahead of a Quarter Pounder — super fresh, juicy, and the bun was soft and spongy. I customized everything easily through the app, which made the experience even better. One pleasant surprise: I asked for two spicy ranch sauces and they gave them to me for free! Meanwhile, McDonald’s charges $2 just for Big Mac sauce. Also, don’t miss their Bacon Cheese Baked Potato — it reminded me of Turkish-style oven potatoes. So good. Wendy’s deserves more love. Highly recommend supporting them!
Worse service ever gotten from a Wendy's. When asking questions to the employee about the meal, we were given attitude and barely any details. The young lady seemed bothered by the order itself. I never had such terrible service. At the window, I pointed out the situation to whom appeared to be the night manager. She refused to acknowledge the situation and simply stated that it was the employee's way of talking. At least McDonald's gives you a smile for free...
