This is a clean, very clean Wendy's boutique location. The food is quintessentially Wendy's. All I ask is for the food to be hot and tasty...this visit fit the bill! I really enjoy the fountain drink station that offers more than 100 varieties. I do not believe that you will find Mr. Pibb soda anywhere else in Sherbrooke! Check out this cute location!

I have visited yeaterday and the ambiance is warm, modern, and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home.

Absolutely love Wendy’s! Not sure why people still choose McDonald’s when Wendy’s is around — the quality is just on another level. I really hope they open more locations, especially in the Lennoxville area. I ordered the Dave’s Double with poutine (added bacon!) and the Spicy Asiago Chicken Sandwich. The burger was miles ahead of a Quarter Pounder — super fresh, juicy, and the bun was soft and spongy. I customized everything easily through the app, which made the experience even better. One pleasant surprise: I asked for two spicy ranch sauces and they gave them to me for free! Meanwhile, McDonald’s charges $2 just for Big Mac sauce. Also, don’t miss their Bacon Cheese Baked Potato — it reminded me of Turkish-style oven potatoes. So good. Wendy’s deserves more love. Highly recommend supporting them!

Worse service ever gotten from a Wendy's. When asking questions to the employee about the meal, we were given attitude and barely any details. The young lady seemed bothered by the order itself. I never had such terrible service. At the window, I pointed out the situation to whom appeared to be the night manager. She refused to acknowledge the situation and simply stated that it was the employee's way of talking. At least McDonald's gives you a smile for free...

This restaurant offers great service and the employees are really kind unlike other fast food services. Id like to add on to the fact that this place is well kept and clean! Anyways, The food is great and always warm which i love. Not crouded or loud so coming here with your friends or family is ideal if you just want to eat chill!

The staff is very welcoming at this location. The GM of this store her name is Rajvir kaur , she is so kind and helpful to every customer and also they provide fresh food. I love the food here . My overall experience to this Wendy’s was very good. I love the food and atmosphere here.

The best wendys in all of the eastern townships, I go almost daily. Okay maybe 3 or 4x per week. It a good environment with friendly staff. Not only do the speak English and french if service is needed in mandarin or Spanish they have you covered too. Fast service. Quality taste

July 2025 update: manager still yelling at employees and not helping barely at all. Really takes down the vibe. Employees seem at better spirits when she's not around. Customers too. Maybe she's the owner? Idk. Never working right. The managers are always yelling at the employees in front of customers. The employees don't care about anything pertaining to food or service. When something is wrong with your food (which there will be), you will be standing at the counter waiting for help. The restaurant was made essentially just for Uber orders (barely any seats in the place) and is just the worst Wendy's I've been to. Call me fat, but I've been going to Wendy's weekly all my life, until I moved here. I was excited, now it's just another fast food franchise that sucks. Make your fries and nuggets at home.
