This Wendy’s used to be great Ever since new workers took over, it has greatly fallen off I ordered a breakfast wrap with sausage and it was terrible. While waiting i smelled something burning, turns out it was my sausage lol, not to mention the quality of the wrap itself, looks like the staff doesn’t care enough. Finally, it took more than 10 minutes just for a singular wrap, disappointing.

Don’t usually write bad reviews but staff is just goofing around instead of taking orders at Wendy’s. Very slow and unprofessional in the 2 times I’ve gone.

They usually do not get your order right. Sometimes they even give you 4 burgers instead of five (which means you paid the price for five instead of four). The service is overall not good.

I had one of the worst food experiences of my life after ordering from this Wendy’s. Shortly after eating, I started having severe stomach cramps, acid reflux, and diarrhea that lasted for almost two days. I genuinely felt sick and extremely uncomfortable the entire time. This has never happened to me before after eating fast food. It honestly made me question the hygiene standards at this location. Something clearly felt wrong with the food, and the smell and taste were not normal. Food safety should be the absolute minimum expectation when ordering from a restaurant, and this experience was completely unacceptable. I will never order from this location again and I strongly hope management takes hygiene and food handling much more seriously.

I placed an order and paid for fries that I never received. After a long wait, I was shocked to find the kitchen chaotic, the staff completely disorganized, and the restaurant’s hygiene appalling. Despite the place being quiet, service was slow, and the staff seemed utterly indifferent to customers. Not providing the fries I paid for perfectly reflects the lack of care and professionalism I witnessed. Absolutely unacceptable.

3:53 AM, Saturday, January 24th. The slowest, most stupid employees I've ever seen. I waited 10 minutes in the cold, then another 20 minutes in the driveway. Thank you so much.

We come by a lot after school/work and every one is always super friendly. Had a great experience especially today with Jessica, super friendly and very efficient too. Usually not too crowded and food is always great. Thanks!
