Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to file a complaint regarding my experience at your Décarie location on April 18 at approximately 9:30 PM. During my visit, the restaurant was still open and actively serving customers. I first asked a Tim Hortons employee if I could use the washroom, and I was told that the key was held by the Wendy’s side. I then approached a Wendy’s employee who was serving customers, and she informed me that the washroom was closed. This situation was confusing and frustrating. Customers were still being served, yet I was denied access to the washroom. Being directed between staff and then refused access without a clear explanation reflects poorly on customer service and basic accommodation. Access to a washroom is a reasonable expectation when a restaurant is open and operating. I would appreciate clarification on this situation and whether this is standard policy at this location.
