UPDATE 17 avril 2026: we order baconator and spicy chicken.. we did not received the right thing.. and were already home … paid 30$ for a small thing … baconator has 1 bacon.. and it was the smallest burgers ever … my burger does look. like a spicy club chicken not the spicy chicken i ask for … A LONG TIME AGO I used to work here and they make you throw a bunch of salads bowls at the end of the day back in the days ! That was really sad ! At least put them half price at the end of the day

Fries were hot cheeseburger was Soso, but the dining room was freezing, cold halfway through my burger I gave up it started to feel like I was in a refrigerator

I enjoyed my food and the service was very quick (plus lots of drinks options which I loved) but overall an eh experience. The place was dirty, the bathrooms were simply awful (nothing worked), the burgers were burnt black, and the workers on break were sitting at a table watching videos on full blast. I heard their phone louder than I heard the person in front of me.

The fries were really good but when I got my frosty ( ice cream ) it tasted really off. Before it used to be really good and now it has a weird taste.

This was a doordash order but still In my chicken sandwich they put a single half brown soggy letuce leaf and for extra a nice long hair. They didnt give the right frosty flavour AND the fries had zero salt. 21 dollars👍

The service is good and I enjoy the food, but I’ve seen multiple workers when I come by on the weekend and night that don’t wear hairnets in the kitchen, wear jewelry, nails, and are using airpods… Definitely a concern but they get my order done on time.

Ok.... I pick up here a lot and 2 of the billion times the order had a hiccup, but that could be understandable since they could use one or two more people to help especially that this one is strategically situated and is almost always busy. Food has always been great, fresh, hot and served with a smile, the staff... I could not thank them enough, I was always greeted with a smile and treated with respect ( you get what you give at the end of the day ). In a few words, it's a FAST food place, be precise, clear, and nice... happy eating 😋.

Absolute worst quality control. This location will take an online order. Send you yesterday’s trash and hang up on you after asking for something edible. Just called back to find a solution and the they don’t answer. Believe me I was direct respectfully although NOT the first time this happened. It will be the last. I will also report it to corporate the quality control and inconsistency. And how I was told to wait on the phone, hung up on and ignored when I called back. An absolute stain on the franchise. And what are these? Halloween toys in December!? Do better JKC RESTAURANTS I’ll be in touch today.

While seated one of the staff made sure we had everything we needed and asked everybody else, even tho its a fastfood place! Great service

I took a Dave trio the burger the taste was okay. But it’s way too small for everybody to enjoy. The french fries it’s way too salty and fake aftertaste. Everyone hates the coke and Diet Coke it taste wasn’t sweet enough.
