We wanted to try out this new café we found on Spectra. The café itself is very large and spacious with plenty of seating. The noise level was pretty loud as it was very busy due to the promotion, but I'm sure on a regular day it would be much quieter. There were some tables with outlets, and the staff were kind enough to let students study/people work. Décor is very modern and charming. In terms of food and drink, the menu has a lot of interesting items. We chose the pistachio latte & matcha pistachio, along with two slices of their tres leches cake. We were disappointed that we were only allowed to only choose one flavour (rose & cardamon) for the tres leches cake, despite the offer saying otherwise. However, the cake itself was yummy, and a fair portion. The pistachio latte was good enough, but the pistachio matcha was unfortunately not. As a huge matcha fan, it was one of the worst we tried in a café, very watered-down and likely old/oxidised. Overall, the café is nice and spacious, and the staff were friendly and efficient. However the drinks were quite disappointing, so won't be rushing back in the near future.
