Worst food ever! I’m never going back there again. It’s very disappointing this used to be one of my favorite restaurants to eat some really fancy and amazing food. The Kansas suggested by the waiter was very dry and basically tasted really bad. I always had the best service with the waiters on previous experiences. I am very sad to say that this was my last time in Towne 380.

The Kansas is a short loin cut known for its leaner structure and consistent, beef-forward flavor. Cuts such as rib steaks, which contain more marbling and a larger cap, naturally deliver a richer and more buttery profile. While the Kansas remains one of the most popular steaks on our menu, individual preferences play a significant role, and we regret that this cut did not align with yours on this occasion. We would also like to note that concerns of this nature are typically very easy for us to resolve in-house. Our management team is always available and empowered to address issues immediately, whether that means replacing a dish or ensuring a guest leaves satisfied. Choosing not to raise these concerns during the visit removes the opportunity for us to correct the experience in real time, which is unfortunate for both our guests and ourselves. Google is not the place for such resolution. We take great pride in both our food and our service, and feedback is always taken seriously. Food was okay nothing crazy. service was so so. The thing that got me was the fact that I made a reservation more than a week in advance under for a birthday for 2 and got seated right beside the kitchen if it was any other day or I was just a walk in I understand but I put my reservation marked for birthday and being seated right next to the kitchen was wrong and disrespectful. I was very disappointed

This steakhouse is incredibly consistent—I always order the same dish, and the quality never ceases to amaze me. The steak is perfectly cooked, flavorful, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. The service is just as impressive; our server was as attentive as ever without being overbearing, making the entire dining experience smooth and enjoyable. From start to finish, everything was excellent. A place I can always rely on and highly recommend. Few notes to add: they have a coat check downstairs, bring to tip if you’d like. Their washroom were always exceptionally clean and there is plenty of free parking in the front.

Always excellent quality dishes with clear attention to detail. The menu is thoughtfully curated, and flavors are consistently on point. Small touches like roasted garlic served with the steak really elevate the experience. Service is attentive and top tier. A great choice for fine dining if you want to leave impressed and satisfied.

We had a really good experience at Towne 380. We chose the lunch menu, which was fairly priced, and the food was good, flavourful, well prepared, and satisfying. The service was also great: fast, friendly, and attentive without being overbearing. Overall, a solid spot for a quality lunch at a reasonable price. I’d definitely go back!

My friend and I came here for drinks and something to eat last night and the vibe was honestly amazing. The staff was super welcoming, the energy was fun without being too loud, and everything we ordered was really good. Huge shoutout to Shawn, Alfonso, and Alexia for taking such great care of us — they made the whole experience even better. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a cute spot with good drinks and a great atmosphere!

The food here is amazing, one of the best steakhouses I have been to. The atmosphere was great and so was the staff. Alfonso was an exceptional waiter. He had a great sense of humour and incredible knowledge of the menu. He was able to answer any questions we had and ensured our group was well taken care of. Thank you Alfonso!

We hosted our son’s Baptism reception at Towne380 in May 2025. We were roughly 25 guests. My husband and I were extremely pleased with the turnout of our event. The food and service was fantastic. I have nothing but positive feedback. The guests loved the food during the meal and the ambiance at the cocktail hour. The wait staff was quick and attentive. I never had to ask for anything twice. We will definitely be back again in the near future and look forward to planning additional events there. A+++

A special thank you to our waiter, Alfonso, who truly made the night exceptional. His professionalism, warmth, and genuine attention to detail were remarkable. Alfonso anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, offered fantastic menu recommendations, and ensured that every course arrived perfectly timed and beautifully presented. His knowledge of the dishes and wine pairings added an extra layer of sophistication to the meal. The food itself was phenomenal—fresh, flavorful, and artfully prepared. Every bite reflected care and creativity from the kitchen. Combined with our waiter’s impeccable service, it created an experience that felt both special and effortless. Towne380 has quickly become one of my favorite spots. I Highly recommend this restaurant—and if you’re lucky, ask for Alfonso!
