Today, 10 minutes ago. We ordered hot chocolate. We usually get our order of coffee breakfast and hot chocolate. And the hot chocolate tastes amazing. But this time, it was actually disgusting. It tasted like water. Absolutely impossible to drink with a smile on your face. A guy next to us ordered a soup by the way. He got his soup cold and with no bread. Come on, you could do better than that.

Takes 2 people 15 minutes to try to work the cash, terrible service figure it out guys you sell coffees and sandwiches not rocket science . Absolutely no priority to anyone who walks inside to order just let you stand there for 20 minutes no sense or urgency or rush

Legit ur worst average local tims ever you wait like a slave in the line the line takes forever they get ur food worng and cold and ogood luck in the drive thru lads
