My husband is working as Uber driver and he said that more than five times he went to pick up the order for the client and he was never successful to pick up the order because always they have a excuse like :(we don’t have the stuff).

Ordered a cinnamon raisin begal Toasted with butter. I watched the girl make it and saw that she only buttered one side of the bagel. Is this some sort of cost saving thing? I also installed their app on my phone and selected the option to enter the roll up the rim contest and was told by the app that I was directed to a bad location or the page does not exist. That gives them 2 BIG THUMBS DOWN! 👎👎

They should bake more during the day. They never have anything! Came 5h before closing and they already ran out of timbits , donuts ect.. and its always like that!

Whoever was on the drive thru today 1st feb at around 2:05, very unprofessional, doesn’t understand anything from whatever i tell them in french or in english. i don’t know how to order anymore. was very angry too.

Extremely disappointed with the mobile order service at this location. This is now the third time I’ve waited over 30 minutes in a designated spot without anyone coming out. I eventually had to join the drive-thru line just to get the food I already paid for. When I brought it up, the staff simply blamed 'short staffing.' While I understand staffing challenges, leaving a customer waiting indefinitely without any communication is unacceptable. The mobile app should save time, not waste 45 minutes of it. I won't be using mobile ordering at this location again.
