I ordered online the Mocha Iced Capp in large format and Tim Bits. My son went to picked it up. My son keeps on repeating to her my name and the order number. And give the order to my son and asking is this your order? Seriously, before preparing the order we checked the order number and make sure what the orders are and before giving the order we will confirm the client with order number. The photo is the Mocha I received completely different on the picture on the app. No cream no chocolate. It’s the black girl in the cashier who prepared it. It’s like my drink was prepared with anger. I don’t even feel like drinking it. It’s not even presentable. To the manager, will you drink it in this state or will you throw it in the garbage? It’s just ice with brown color. PS. This is not my first time to order in this branch. Other employees are doing a great job and they like what they’re doing. I am just very dissatisfied with the service of this girl.

We came in, we were 4 people all together and took 40 minutes for her to take our order, she would come take one then go come back 10 to 15 minutes later, would of been much faster for her to take it all at once . Then when we got are drink they weren't even filled to the top? Are food came cold we had mayo insted of ranch are food was smashed...when we asked the girl about are potatoes because they weren't even filled to the top she was really rude about it. Honestly I don't recommend going there especially if your in a hurry !

First time at an actual Tim Hortons. What an experience. Place was super clean. Prices seemed decent.

Who is forcing the employees to work here? For five minutes, no one took my order even though they clearly saw me, and I had to place a mobile order. They are incredibly slow, like they’re splitting the atom. I also had to wait a long time to receive my online order, and despite there being no rush, getting a coffee shouldn’t be this difficult.
