I’m disappointed with my experience at this location. The staff often come across as rough and unfriendly, which makes the visit unpleasant from the start. The biggest issue, however, is the coffee quality. On my last visit, it genuinely tasted like it was made with unclean equipment—almost as if the containers hadn’t been properly washed. That’s not something you expect from a place known for its coffee. I usually go to another Tim Hortons where the quality and service are much better, but due to my new contract, this location is the closest option. Unfortunately, the difference in both service and product is very noticeable. I’m part of a team of six people, and because of these repeated issues, we’ve started going to competitors instead. That’s not something we wanted to do, but the experience here leaves us little choice. I hope this review is taken seriously and leads to improvements, because Tim Hortons has always been my go-to for coffee, and I’d like to see this location live up to that standard.
