Waited in drive thru line for several minutes just for the items we wanted to be sold out and/or the machines were broken..

The staff is completely lost and useless they can’t handle a rush to save them it took 25 minutes to get 3 coffees that take 2 minutes to make this place needs a whole staff change never coming back

Save yourself some hassle and do not order ahead of time on the app for this location and just simply go in to see what little inventory you'll be able to choose from that day. It's twice we go to this location and both times they didn't have what we ordered. They then proceed to tell us we can have something else instead but again they were missing so many items that there was no replacement worth having for the higher priced item that was initially ordered. I know it's not the employees fault and they tried to accommodate but how can you be out of all the stock you are meant to have? This is not an issue with today or this week only, the 2 times we've been here were roughly 3 months apart. We went further down the road to the other location who basically laughed at how ridiculous the situation was and that they should have been better stocked!

The worst location of tims. How does a coffee shop run out of coffee? This is an ongoing problem. I'm always afraid to go through the drive-thru not only from the excruciating wait times and being trapped between cars but for the condition of the asphalt and the Damage it poses on vehicles with the insanely large potholes. Im always disappointed at this place.
