Always mess up the order. Been ordering harbenaro wrap with them they never make it extra spicy even though I pay for more spice sauce. What’s the point of paying for spicy food when I can have a freaking ranch wrap? Coffee is always made with extra cream? Like hello? I didn’t ask for milk? Worse experience.

I don’t even know what to say cause my experience at this location is unbelievably horrible. I ordered from the kiosk and within minutes after I ordered my order was dismissed and I waited for a good 5min with no other orders ahead of mine or people matter of fact for a simple hot drink and donut and they manage to mess it up completely. I ordered a half French vanilla half coffee with a donut and the drink wasn’t even hot it was less than lukewarm. Mind you I looked at the order board and my name was gone and I had to remind the worker there I was still waiting for my order. Even when there’s barely any customers ordering they still can’t do things right. UNBELIEVABLE.

Bad management because employees can't stay on track. I ordered my wrap. One single wrap and 3 people ordered food and drinks after me and got theirs before mine. Then when I asked where my food was they didnt even have the order on the board anymore. They assumed they had it finished. Then tried giving me the wrong order and when I told her it wasnt sausage and bacon she just took the bacon out and gave it to me but I was already fed up I didnt bother arguing.
