Not uncommon to wait 25 minutes for a coffee when using mobile order. You can sit and watch the entire dining room cycle twice before you get your order

Extremely slow and inefficient. 30 minutes for a single order of wrap and lemonade. Wrap was disguisting.

Worst Tim Hortons experience of my life. Paid $15 for 3 drinks, waited 50 minutes, and left without getting them. Two employees working the entire store, neither speaks English, and one of them was not able to communicate in any language. Asked how much longer our order would take; could not say. Asked for a refund; could not process. Every time an order was called out, it went to waste because the customer who ordered it left long ago. An absolute joke of an operation.

visited this location during the night shift and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a steeped tea, but it clearly tasted old and not freshly prepared. The cup was also underfilled, which is unacceptable for a paid order. What made the situation worse was the employee’s behaviour. The staff member was rude, unprofessional, and showed a poor attitude when I raised my concern. I also observed the employee preparing drinks in an unhygienic manner, including keeping their mouth uncovered over the cups while handling them. This raised serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety. Customers expect fresh products, proper portions, respectful service, and basic hygiene standards at all times — including during night shifts. I strongly urge management to address staff behaviour, hygiene practices, and quality control at this location so other customers do not have the same experience.

We always stop by in this Tims, The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is good. They are open 24.hours for us. I love supporting these branches that are ready to serve anytime.

it took them 35 minutes to make my order, that too was wrong asked for pistachio latte got regular latte asked for 4 creme brulee timbits got 3 only
