Would give zero stars if I could. I think there was a recent change of ownership and employees. A few months ago, the staff were lovely; very efficient, friendly and professional. After the recent renovations, it appears to be all new staff. Today, I went for a pick up. The guy at the cash was lost and confused. He refused to help me with a mobile order and claimed he didn't know anything about the app and the offers. He overcharged me for a sandwich because he didn't know how to apply the promo. The girl making the coffee gave me a single espresso instead of a double. When I picked up the drink, it felt very light. I opened the lid and saw it was a single espresso instead of a double. When I politely told the girl, she gave me a dirty look and rolled her eyes, ripped the drink out of my hand without saying anything and went to the back. She came back a minute later and slammed a drink onto the counter at me while giving me the evil eye. I picked it up and it was still very light and still a solo. I told her it was still a solo. She screamed at me aggressively and told me it was a double. I order double espresso alot. I know how much quantity of espresso there should be in a double. I don't even think she gave me a remake. If she did, then she doesn't know what she's doing and still did not resolve the issue. After yelling at me, she started ignoring me. I had to wait another 5 minutes for my overcharged breakfast sandwich. The whole time I was waiting, the girl who made the coffee kept giving me dirty looks. I felt very disrespected and just wanted my double espresso so I asked to speak to the manager. This "manager" was lost and didn't know anything and had no leadership over her staff. She looked scared of the loud girl who was making the coffee. The girl heard me say it was a single instead of a double and jumped into the conversation. She was aggressive and combative and rudely insisted she made me a double. The manager looked intimidated by her and then told me if her staff says it's a double then it's a double and then ignored me and refused to correct the order. I showed the amount of espresso in the cup. The manager refused to look at the cup and told me she didn't have time for me. It wasn't even busy. I am in disbelief at the disrespect and abuse. All 3 of the staff that day were untrained, unprofessional, aggressive and rude. They don't care about the customers. What a disgrace. Will not return. I was a regular.

The bagels were awful stale and burnt and refused to change them
Food is average. They got rid of my favorite drink the chocolate givre (chill) the closest thing to an iced cap minus the caffeine. The remodeling of this location has a poor layout, very small revamp and much darker. Barely any space to pass the self-serve machine if you want to line up at the cash.
The employees are efficient and nice, and the food was good. I would recommend it, it's a pretty big coffee shop with a lot of tables.

The vibe here is not so great.. a little scary to be alone there at night as I see men harassing women at this Tim Hortons.. and angry ladies who put their stuff on the table when I was there before.. I try to avoid this place..
