This place is very nice come here and enjoy a food it's provide good quality of coffee, donuts, wraps etc. and staff was very friendly. ❣️

This is by far one of the worst Tim Hortons experiences I’ve ever had. The woman managing the counter, who seemed to be in charge, was shockingly rude and unprofessional. She was busy arguing with her coworker about shifts when I showed her my mobile order for an iced coffee. Instead of doing her job, she snapped at me and told me to get in line — even though mobile orders are supposed to be picked up separately. I waited nearly 20 minutes while everyone else, including my friends who ordered after me, got their drinks. When I finally asked what was going on, she tried to blame her coworker for missing the order instead of taking responsibility. That’s not management — that’s just passing the buck. When I finally got my coffee, it was wrong — no sweetener. When I politely pointed it out, she acted irritated and replaced it as if she were doing me a favor. The second one still wasn’t right. When my friend asked for one Splenda packet, she started arguing again, raising her voice and being flat-out disrespectful. This person seriously has no idea how to treat customers and acts like she owns the entire Tim Hortons. Her rude attitude and lack of manners make this place unbearable to visit. Someone like that shouldn’t be managing or even working in customer service. I’d strongly suggest everyone avoid this location until Tim Hortons replaces the staff with people who actually respect their customers.

It's 6am, they aren't happy to be there, I get it. "Wrap du travailleur sans peut, en trio svp" *Removes egg, removes cheese, charges 0.80$ to put the cheese back* "Excuse me, what's with the charge for the cheese?" "That's how it is, sir, when you modify a sandwich", she replies. "...so it comes with cheese, you take off both egg & cheese, then charge 80 cents to put the cheese back?" "Yes" in a very snarky tone. The budget numbers must be pretty back. ALWAYS check the screen, folks. And the wrap was cold. I ate it 5 minutes after getting it.

Looks like they only know double-double and one cream, one sugar — and even that isn’t mixed properly. Anything else on the menu seems to be guesswork. If you don’t know how to make the drinks, just say so instead of experimenting with customers’ money. Definitely not worth it.

The establishment has at least 5 leaks from the ceiling, including one in the kitchen and one in the women’s bathroom (which leaked on me). I am concerned about the integrity of the building and potential mold. Staff and food were wonderful, only reason I’m giving stars.

Excellent customer service! The staff is respectful, fast, and always smiling. They make sure orders are accurate and customers feel valued. One of the best Tim Hortons locations I’ve visited.

If I could give zero I put it. I drove more than 20 minutes in the snow and when I arrived it was 2:00 p.m but it was open only for driving thru. I do not recommond it at all.
