Couldn't be more disappointed in the lack of give a crap factor. The roll up cups, won a free coffee, the lady serving at the drive through window Friday 8pm blatantly lied to my face to say it's no longer valid without checking anything. Poster on the window shows it's still active. Cups show is active to claim til April. It's a coffee, so no big deal for me, but what about those who can't afford it? The elderly? Young teenagers? The outright lie and when politely questioned just said no. Not happening. Not sure what kind of staff you got employed. But that lady needs a reality check. I wish I got her name.

I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction regarding an incident that occurred at your location on Friday February 6. On that day, I ordered a coffee and sat down to work. When I picked up my drink, I discovered that the lid had not been secured properly. As a result, approximately half of the contents of my large coffee spilled onto my work materials, including my laptop. Unfortunately, my laptop is now no longer functional, and my warranty does not cover water damage. I immediately brought the matter to the attention of the manager and explained what had happened with the employee who prepared the coffee. During this interaction, the employee laughed in front of me, which I found extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. While the manager did offer an apology, it was brief and did not address the seriousness of the situation. To add further insult, I was required to pay for a replacement coffee after the initial one had spilled due to improper preparation. I rely on my laptop to earn a living, and I am now facing a repair cost of $234 as a direct result of this incident. The employee’s conduct was unacceptable, and when I returned the following week, I observed the same employee again snickering and laughing, which further compounded my distress. This incident resulted in preventable property damage, financial loss, and unacceptable treatment by staff.

Watch your change, I Almost got rob twi e. Also they dont know how to spread cream cheese or butter. They make a Ball and leave it like this on your un cooked bagel. Super Gross

Good place but sometimes when gets busy the cashier can't get the order properly .And the should ask what the customer wants like regular coffee, dark coffee or roasted coffee ☕️ 🤔 i thing its important to confirm 👍 the rest is good .Love Tim Coffee ☕️ ❤️

The evening time service is not good i have orders 3 medium coffee but hi has given me only 1 small coffee i don't like the service the evening service was not good
