I was given no choice but to go back to order my small coffee and she clearly did not listened to me before I apologize for not being able to order in the machine. The employee in charge of drive thru clearly hates her job the way she welcomes me because it was my first time in this Tim and clearly I didn’t know where to begin as I was alone in the drive through.

I'm not happy that they serve my iced cappuccino incomplete; they leave at least half an inch of space unfilled. This has been happening for months, but what's strangest is that at other locations they always fill my glass to the brim, but here they have this bad habit of leaving my iced cappuccino incomplete.
