They always seemed understaffed, and the drive-thru line could be incredibly long. I’m not sure if the understaffing was the cause, but I ordered a chicken wrap and discovered it was missing chicken when I got home 15 minutes later. I had to drive back to the store and, when I asked to speak to a manager, they immediately assumed I was complaining for no reason. After explaining the situation, they corrected the error but didn’t offer any compensation. I wasted 30 minutes of travel time and another 5 minutes in the drive-thru.
