I visited this Tim Hortons around 1:00 AM on March 4. I ordered a tarte, and while the employee was cleaning the oven, I noticed his gloves were wet with cleaning spray. He then used those same gloves to grab my dessert and tried to serve it to me. I immediately canceled the order because this is a serious hygiene concern. Food should never be handled with gloves that were just used for cleaning. This was very disappointing and concerning to see. I hope management takes food safety and cleanliness more seriously to prevent this from happening again.
