I spent over an hour at this Tim’s… when I first arrive took me a good 7-8 minutes to give my order (large 2/2 and a cookie … cookie was stale) mind you had some students ahead of me… that was okay though… but what I didn’t like was come 4:30-5:00 the heat got turned down and it was no longer comfortable to stay inside the Tim’s… will not return !

I was excited to get my hot chocolate at around 10pm and even more thrilled to see that it would close at 11pm. As I drive there, it seems to be closed with no staff working even tho it says it’s open i was very sad and had no hot chocolate
