I give the five star only for the young blond bleu eyes lady that was running the hole consept by herself and given all her energie working and running multiple station (drive thr+floor)28March moorning shift

I went to Tim Hortons to get a 20 piece of timbits. The female working the drive-through started screaming at me because she misunderstood me and made it my fault and then I said this is what I’ve been asking you and she was extremely rude and I didn’t want to purchase to be treated that way in her error. I told her never mind. I’m gonna go to a different one cause she’s not very nice. As I was leaving, she stuck her head out the window and was screaming. Goodbye in French with a big smile like somehow she’s proud of what just happened. I admit, I flipped her off because I was angry at that point and I shouldn’t have done that but I did. This particular, Tim Hortons I’ve had nothing but horrible customer service from there. This is the first time I’ve gone back in over a year because the last time I was there, the drive-through woman was screaming at everyone to hurry up stop taking so much time being extremely rude yelling at people to just leave when they hand them the order like just being horrible. There are many people that I have spoken to have said they will never go back to that Tim Hortons again so if your franchise is not making as much money, it’s because of the staff and how they treat the customers.

Only 3 selections of Tim Bitts and they were not fresh. Hard and dry.
