We were there in June, passing by to get some coffee. The cashier was really rude. It seemed she did not want to serve us and there was no one else to serve around. I told her I hot a water bottle and ordered 2 different sandwiches. I paid and then my husband said he wanted a water bottle too. So I ask to pay for the extra bottle. She said she did not ring the first bottle, and insinuated I did not tell her I had one. She just did not care and put ot on me. It was super frustrating and we were both extremely annoyed with her attitude and lack of respect. Thanks god, I will never go back to Tim Hortons again.
