I asked for 2 expresso shots inside my coffee, the front costumer representative promessed she will make my coffee, i ordered a meduim dark roast 2 crm 3 sugar, i received a double double without expresso shots, when i was wondering why would my coffee look white she said she doesnt know, i had to buy a ceperate double expresso shots again even though coffee tasts like water and large amout of cream and sugar, no taste of coffee at all, last yime for me to show up at this lication 0 star for liars, paid 5 dollars for my coffee

All of the staff here are so nice and friendly. They're such dog lovers too hehe. Always greeting our dogs with treats 🦴💙

so i odered a chai latte and then they gave me coffee, and i also odered a ice cap with it and the teenage boy didn't even add it to the order. they need to get better employees. i should be hired. #period #upset #mad
