Review summary

What guests say about Tim Hortons

The reviews are very mixed, but several customers mainly complain about very slow service, both at the counter and in the drive-thru, with long waits and orders that are not filled correctly. A few people also mention issues with organization, communication, and opening hours that are not always clear. That said, some customers highlight courteous staff, occasional quick service, and very good recent experiences.

Aurelie and Joseph are doing a great job. I strongly believe more personnel are required to run this place otherwise the employees will burnout. These 2 individuals are doing great ... keep up
