Me and my girlfriend drove from Ontario and needed somewhere to relax before we went to our hotel. I went into this Tim Hortons to grab a spoon for us to have a snack in our vehicle. I am not fluent but I did my best to be polite to the staff and I introduced myself in francais. Who I think (may not have been) was the manager was not pleased when I only asked for a spoon after I explained I was all the way from Ontario. I was required to buy something before they would give me a cardboard spoon. This was my first interaction here and I did not feel welcomed.

Quick visit here on the way back to mtl the staff was friendly and the place itself clean

Zero wait at the drive thru, always pleasant people (employes) with varied european accents and the coffee is always great.👌
