It was a really nice experience! I've tried bagels from a lot of different places, but this one is definitely a standout. It's perfect in every way, and the staff are so friendly and gentle.

Took us 30 mins to get our food and drinks at 11:45am while being inside, prioritizing other clients before us and didn’t even acknowledge how long it took
