I frequently order bagels. And I ordered (coffee and cappuccino). And over the last year, it was a guessing game to see if the bagel would be hard or soft, and especially I have braces so it matters. Over the last two months, bagels have been really good and maybe have had 1-3 times not so soft bagels (a toasted bagel that is already hard is NOT good). And obviously am already on my way. I do not go back to change it …. Cappuccino: you guys have lost me as a client. So i always ordered: a coffee with1/2 french vanilla. So, technically speaking coffee should NOT be sweet: 99.9% of the time it was sweet. QI tried to word my thins so differently to be helpful :: 5% french vanilla, a teeny bit of french, nothing worked, or 1/4 or not a lot.. so I just stopped ordering because I would even say I don’t care about paying more, I just want a tiny bit of french. Overall, service and staffing has gotten way better, the regular staff faces are there and very kind, smiling and helpful!
Might just be the worst and SLOWEST Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. Let alone LAVAL
The service was great this morning. The drive-through was quick, the order was ready fast, the employee was kind and polite, the order was made right and delicious. It was a great experience. Thank you! :D

It's a Tim Hortons. You get what you expect. The coffee was not bitter. I had the bagel everything bagel with melted cheddar cheese. I guess they don't speak French or English so they got that wrong. They didn't melt the cheese. It's convenient so I stopped there.
Understaffed, took 20 minutes (19h19 to 19h38) to serve 1 large latte, 1 large hot chocolate and a box of 6 donuts. Received a medium (wrong size) hot chocolate that was tasting bad and a large latte. Receipt was for a large hot chocolate. Disappointing. 🤷
Ordering in French! Never received the same item twice! Tabernack! We must practice up for our next Quebec visit
I had such a wonderful experience! The coffee was fantastic — rich, smooth, and perfectly prepared. The food was fresh and delicious, with great attention to flavor and presentation. But what truly made the visit special was the exceptional service. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Overall, everything was superb. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great coffee, great food, and even better service!

actually the worst tim hortons i’ve ever been to. terrible service. i asked for a cold brew and 2 employees yelled at me through the speaker. the bathroom inside had weed all over the place and the whole bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. disgusting place. clearly the reviews show that this place will never change.

Very rude and unprofessional employee. As someone who actually never takes their time to write a negative review, I will have to today. My husband and I stopped by for breakfast and went through the drive-through. When it came time to pay, I used some change since our total was not so big. As soon as the employee realized I was paying with change, his attitude immediately changed to a sarcastic and dismissive tone. He remained silent while I handed him the money, creating an uncomfortable situation, and then, in the middle of the transaction, told us, “You need to know that I could have refused this payment. I’m not a bank.” The way this was said was degrading, unnecessary, and completely unprofessional. If paying with change was an issue, that should have been communicated politely from the very beginning instead of waiting until halfway through the transaction to lecture me. I also work in the restaurant industry and fully understand that handling change can sometimes be inconvenient, especially during busy periods. However, there was no lineup at the time, and even if there had been, that would never justify speaking to a customer in such a disrespectful manner. People should not be made to feel embarrassed or belittled over a normal form of payment. Cash and change are legal tender, and choosing to pay that way does not give an employee the right to be rude or condescending. Basic respect and decency are part of the job, regardless of your personal mood. If an employee is unhappy or fed up with their job, that frustration should be addressed internally by finding another job and not taken out on customers. This experience left a very negative impression, and instead of enjoying our breakfast, we left feeling disrespected. This was our first visit, and it will most definitely be our last. I ordered the pepperoni and cheese flatbread pizza for the first time and honestly, it’s not bad. It has a good amount of cheese and pepperoni, and it didn’t feel dry. The portion size is decent, you could easily share it with someone. I added a side of ranch for an extra dollar; it came in a tiny container, but it was actually more than enough for the flatbread. Is it the best pizza? I wouldn’t say so, but if you’re craving a snack, it’s not bad. I also ordered the turkey bacon sandwich on artisan bread, and I love how soft and fresh the bread is.

Puting an old croisant in the microvave to make look fresh is a bad idea. When i got home it was hard as a rock. I trew it in the garbage. At least the coffee was ok.
Worst place ever we order drive thru they let us come inside to pick it up and the order was not ready no oat milk after they confirmed its vailbe online and the order was missing
Just want to work get there shift done and leave... No client service, hot drink tastes like boiled hot water... Not satisfied at all

3 times i went there, trying my luck. Well, desapointing. Ask for tim matin, no eggs. ask for cream cheese bagel, no cream cheese. Ask for chocolate chip cookie, none. Ask for cold brew coffee, none. Change for ice cap, machine broken...... what do they have then ?! 3 times been the same with other items missing as well... if you wish to try find out what they might actually have, well good luck.
Stop serving ucooked croissant . Your busy it's not the client problem to eat uncooked food that we pay for !!!
I really enjoy eating here and the staff is really proper and nice.
