Yesterday, March 10 2026, around 3:30–4:00 PM, I went through the drive-thru. After receiving my coffee from a female employee, a male employee wearing a cap brought out my Tim's Refresher. When I tried to point out that I didn't have a straw, he aggressively shouted "QUOI?" at me before I could even finish my sentence. This behavior is unacceptable. I understand the industry is stressful, but customers shouldn't be subjected to employees' mood swings. Management can easily identify him using the timestamp and his description.

Terrible experience. Some staff members were unfriendly and impatient, often showing a cold attitude toward customers. The food was nearly cold when served, and the sandwiches were consistently messy and poorly assembled.
This morning i passed by Tim Horton to get myself a medium latte coffee and a Tim Matin.Im a regular customer and by going through the drive thru your promotion of 3$ breakfast and coffee was refused and i was charged 7.65 including taxes .I was told the hot latte coffee isn't included by your server and its only on regular coffee for the promotion to be applied and she denied me and askes me to pay the regular price..Its unfortunate that your cheating many customers to pay after Tim Hortons is promoting the promotion on TV and social media and on there site.
