They had like no pasteries ni muffins no Tim but options like a couple of each barley anything an it’s only 6 o’clock

While waiting for my order a couple days ago, I noticed a male employee repeatedly bothering a young female coworker and making what seems to be inappropriate comments. I couldn’t make out what he was saying but she looked visibly upset. That’s unacceptable. Won’t be back until they protect their employees If you don’t care about your staff’s safety, you don’t care about customers either.

Left after 5 mins of waiting alone at the register. Ironically, the cashier seemed too busy screaming at another employee in the back for not doing his job.

I went through the drive through today around 4 pm. I passed earlier in the day and there was a long line so I skipped it. On the way home we stopped. There was about 3-4 cars in front of me. Ordered 2 hot chocolates and a coffee. After waiting in line about 10-12 minutes, we finally got our drinks and we getting under time pressure. Only later did I find out when my kids showed me their defective drinks. It tasted like water, and was still see through. My coffee was fine.

Sat alone on an early Saturday morning in a filthy dining room while five employees were standing around in the kitchen swearing, singing, and making rude jokes. The English muffin on my breakfast sandwich was barely toasted and the bacon semi-cooked. Doesn’t make the company look good.

Possibly one of the worst Tim’s in the area. Always out of food. Hectic service which is weird since the Tim’s on Don Quichotte is amazing. Go there instead.

Picked up some coffee and croissant for some guys working on our house , the people who served me after my phone order on the app were extremely helpful and friendly This was yesterday morning Friday , didn't get the names but very impressed

I had a frustrating experience at your store today and would like this issue reviewed. I placed an advance order but still experienced a delay of about 10 minutes. Both drinks were prepared incorrectly, and despite politely requesting corrections multiple times, the order continued to be remade incorrectly. After several attempts, I had to leave without receiving the correct items I paid for. This was both disappointing Definitely needs better training and attention to detail.

The customer service is top tier,the employee, Ilyas, that served me delivered excellent service. He really made my experience all the more enjoyable as well as the vibe of the rest the crew.He was polite and gave me my order very fast. The atmosphere of this place is homey and cozy. It's a great spot to hang out with friends. The food is nice,warm and very satisfying. -Cheryl-Ann

This short black haired guy gave me my wrap with no napkins….he had no gloves on before handing over my food and was on his phone showing it to a young lady while I was waiting in drive through. By then, I was waiting a ridiculous amount of time and my food was cold.

around 3pm, I was ordering a coffee and a donut and the employee that was taking my order (a girl with black hair) was being extremely rude to me. The entire time she was taking my order she kept making rude gestures, giving me a nasty look, and overall just seemed like she was annoyed to be doing her job and was taking it out on me. After I ordered, I waited 10 minutes for a coffee, and 5-7+ minutes to get a donut. It was ridiculous, the coffee was cold and curdled, and the donut was stale.

waited 7+ mins in the drive through and got very rude behaviour from a young lady with black hair around 3-4 P.M simply order8!) a coffee and waiting 7+ minutes is ridiculous. When i finally made it to the window she was leaning against the wall and gave me the worse stink eye before deciding to make my coffee. Worst experience by far.

***** Updated Review (2 years later). Firstly, Google states the store is opened until 22h00 (10pm). B4 I give my review, word to the wise: Tim Hortons in Ile Perrot belongs to the same owner so, they obviously have the same practices so don't bother going there too at night time if you're hungry !!!! When you go to a place where you can DINE or have coffee, it's more than extremely disappointing when you reach at 20h00 (8pm) and that you are told sorry we don't serve hot meals after 8 (crispy chicken and bacon wrap, which even at home takes me 5-10 mins to make, it's not like you're making the tortilla from scratch). So, you ask for a sesame bagel with cream cheese... one of Timmies best selling items, plus it's a standard bagel, not even poppy seeds or whatever and get told no, we don't sell bagels anymore at this time. I would def not recommend coming here if you're on a trip and see it off of the Highway and it has it's lights still on cause if you're going there to eat... you're gonna starve !!!!! Go to any reknown fast food industry food that serves food UNTIL CLOSING TIME !!!!!! The most ironic is that if it's to save on food waste (wasting their $$$$ cause they're throwing out food, the owner definitely knows about the app: Too Good To Go as their location in Ile Perrot uses it and last time I checked Ile Perrot & Pincourt Timmies belonged to the same person according to a Pincourt employee. Somehow I can't find Tim Hortons in Pincourt on the app. ***** Everything is excellent except like every other Tim's you can't get garlic and fine herbs cream cheese. This has been on the menu for decades. The h/o should've nerfed a new item that isn't selling good instead.
