I come in during the morning rush through the drive thru. Its always fast and friendly, I appreciate getting to see Christina in window.

Every time you ask for a double toasted bagel or bread, its even more raw than regular toasted. They're more concerned about pushing you out of the drive thru instead of providing customer service. We have documentation from the last month, this entire complaint will be sent to corporate, this needs to end.

Half the time doesn't even have whats needed for half the menu. One morning didn't even have hash browns for sausage farmers wrap. Another time they didn't even have sausage for the wrap at 7am.

Today was the final straw and we’ll not be coming back to this location. In the past week we’ve gone into the restaurant to sit down for coffee and a bite and also the drive thru. Tables were filthy - they always are nowadays and what we ordered is not what we got. Today - 18minutes in drive-thru and couldn’t get out of line. Called and the only thing the manager said was ‘sorry you feel that way’. How you do anything is how you do everything. They want to give half-assed service and not care…why should I give my money to them? Training would go a long way.

I had come to this location about a week ago and ordered a sandwhich with no tomato and paid to get cheese added (I’m allergic to tomato), 2 drinks and a muffin, not only did they add tomato which I made clear not to but they gave me a pinky nail size of cheese, so not only did I pay for items to be added I didn’t get but I couldn’t eat the sandwhich at all, the lady I spoke to on the phone had made a promise to replace order which I was happy with but when going in this morning to replace, which at first they say they cannot find my replacement but came back a few minutes later saying drive up, they once again added tomato so another sandwich i cannot eat but they also messed up my drink order at the window, i did let the lady on cash know and with the attitude i got from her and her saying she gave me the right drink (i ordered half regular hot chocolate , half white hot chocolate) and was given a regular one (which tastes like water, there is no flavor whatsoever) , after the attitude and her arguing with me at the window I just took the drink she gave me cause no one wants to be argued with and have attitude when the store messed up the order, absolutely ridiculous the service I have received here and the money I’ve wasted
