​If you want the wrong order served with a side of misery, this is the place to go. Trying to communicate with the staff was exhausting—zero customer service skills and a terrible attitude. ​After surviving the painful ordering process, we opened our box of 50 Timbits only to find a soggy, low-quality mess. Not a single flavor we asked for was in the box. Just a dumped assortment of stale, mushy dough. Complete waste of money and a textbook example of how not to run a drive-thru.

My sausage wrap had no sauce inside. I ordered wedge, potatoes and a chipotle sauce on the side. I pay for the sauce and it was not even half full. Compared to other places, the portions were little.

I ordered “a breakfast wrap with egg, sausage, and bacon without hashbrown”. First time: I got egg and bacon only. Went back. Second time: I got egg and hashbrown. Went back again. That’s when the argument started because apparently this was now my “second sandwich.” I simply asked for the order I originally paid for. When they finally handed it over, I opened it right in front of them… and it was egg, bacon, sausage, AND hashbrown. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Then I got the dirty looks and was blamed for “not mentioning without hashbrown.” Seriously, they have no clue what they’re doing. I came on april 18th around 2 am. The girl at the window was very mean and rude. We had to repeat the order 4 times, she didn’t speak a word in french and her knowledge of english was very poor too. When we came to the window and payed we saw that she charged us of one more item and when we told her that we didn’t order that she started to argue so we just left respectfully. On the road we tried our drinks and the order was messed up. Please find a better way of filtering new employees, thank you !
