I came on april 18th around 2 am. The girl at the window was very mean and rude. We had to repeat the order 4 times, she didn’t speak a word in french and her knowledge of english was very poor too. When we came to the window and payed we saw that she charged us of one more item and when we told her that we didn’t order that she started to argue so we just left respectfully. On the road we tried our drinks and the order was messed up. Please find a better way of filtering new employees, thank you !

I visited today evening there for coffee and i found the staff is so kind specially the manager there she so polite and attends every costumer with smile. The best service i ever got on a Tim

HI YALL. WHAT IS UP WITH THIS TIMS???? I go almost everyday because it’s on my way to work and i do a mobile order from 2 metro stops away. It’s never ready once i get there and there’s always something. For example today, once i got there i got my coffee and the lid was dirty so i asked if I can have a new lid and they asked me why and i told then its dirty and i drink from it and they said “oh its just from the fountain”. I DRINK FROM IT. I’m sorry i dont wanna put my mouth on something dirty. Then i kept waiting for my timatin and everyone was looking at me clueless and one girl said she gave it already when i did not receive it. Then she looks on the counter behind where the bagel cutter is and it’s there. This is people’s food and drinks. If u can’t keep a level of cleanliness and communication then idk what to say. Everytime i go, they always find a way to ruin the experience and they are fully staffed so i don’t understand. Thanks and i hope theres something to be done about it because it’s the bare minimum.

One of the rudest managers I’ve ever come across. Very unprofessional attitude and poor customer service. They refused to correct a simple mistake that was clearly made by their team i was given a hot coffee drink instead of a cold one, and the manager would not replace it. There was a clear lack of understanding and accountability. Definitely not the kind of service you expect

I had a very frustrating experience here. The staff were unhelpful and came across as rude and judgmental. Communication was difficult because they didn’t speak English or French.They expected me to speak Hindi because they were Indians.. On top of that, they gave me the wrong drink and still expected me to pay for it. When I pointed it out, they refused to correct the mistake or replace it. Customer service like this is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back.

Worst servive ever. I ordered cold brew and they gave me ice coffee instead and refused to refund me when i told them it was wrong. They were also laughing and giving us attitude when we just asked them to give us what we ordered.
