One of the rudest managers I’ve ever come across. Very unprofessional attitude and poor customer service. They refused to correct a simple mistake that was clearly made by their team i was given a hot coffee drink instead of a cold one, and the manager would not replace it. There was a clear lack of understanding and accountability. Definitely not the kind of service you expect

I had a very frustrating experience here. The staff were unhelpful and came across as rude and judgmental. Communication was difficult because they didn’t speak English or French.They expected me to speak Hindi because they were Indians.. On top of that, they gave me the wrong drink and still expected me to pay for it. When I pointed it out, they refused to correct the mistake or replace it. Customer service like this is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back.

Worst servive ever. I ordered cold brew and they gave me ice coffee instead and refused to refund me when i told them it was wrong. They were also laughing and giving us attitude when we just asked them to give us what we ordered.

I had a wonderful experience this evening at Tim Hortons! The entire evening team was friendly, efficient, and very welcoming. Even during a busy time, they handled everything with patience and a positive attitude. A special thank you to Kamal for the outstanding service. He was very polite and made sure my order was prepared perfectly. My coffee was rich, fresh, and made exactly the way I like it. The wrap was warm, fresh, and full of flavour, you could really tell it was prepared with care. It’s always nice to visit a place where the staff genuinely care about customer experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I order the bacon pizza. The girl who made the pizza only put cheese on it. ONLY CHEESE. I told the cashier about it and he told her to add the bacon on the pizza. Once she gave it to me, she didn’t even apologize. I went back to my seat and when i opened the pizza box, there was 5 pieces of bacon. She doesnt deserve this job.
