I ordered a large Iced Capp and a sandwich with no tomatoes because I’m allergic to them. My sandwich still came with tomatoes. This isn’t just a small mistake—it could have caused a serious allergic reaction. Please take allergy requests more seriously and ensure staff double-check orders. Customer safety should always come first. Very disappointing customer service at this point

Probably one of the slowest Tim Hortons to exist… 15 minute wait when you order food. This is not a one off, it happens almost all the time

am very pleased with the service at Tim Hortons! The staff is always welcoming, friendly, and professional. I especially love the chicken bacon sandwich — it’s absolutely delicious and well prepared. Their cappuccino is also excellent, perfectly balanced and comforting. It’s always a pleasure to go there. I highly recommend it!
