I was just told by the person serving me to go wait in front of the door cause my breakfast order wasn’t ready. I waited and waited and waited and no one came. I had to park the car go inside and explain my story because no one knew what was going on. Only to get a cold timatin sitting on top of a toaster they had forgotten about.

At first it was convenience that brought me here, but now I'm always happy and looking forward to grabbing my latte at this particular location. Norma, the manager, is amazing and very attentive.
I come here nearly every morning for my morning commute and the staff is incredibly kind and friendly. Special shout out to Norma, always a pleasure.
I have received great service! Norma really gives this coffee shop old town feel that is lost on so many coffee shops even though it is a chain. Will definitely be coming back to receive service from her and her staff.

I don’t know whether your staff understands English or French, but at this point it honestly doesn’t seem like they understand the menu at all. Our order has been messed up three separate times. I ask for a chicken sandwich, and I receive a wrap with rice, which I cannot eat. I clearly say NO mayo, and the food comes covered in mayo. When I ask for habanero, I get barbecue sauce instead. This is not a small mistake, this is basic menu knowledge. What makes this situation even more ridiculous is that we order from your location every single day. I work at a huge company, and your business makes a significant amount of money from us. Despite that, the service is consistently terrible. Am I supposed to ask for the opposite of what I want just to receive the correct order? On top of all this, I am still expected to pay for the wrong order every time, and when I ask for it to be fixed, the staff gives me attitude and acts completely lost instead of correcting their mistake. That is unacceptable. Your staff clearly needs serious training on: • Knowing the menu • Listening to customers • Correcting mistakes without attitude This is not complicated. If I order a crispy chicken sandwich, I expect a chicken sandwich and not a wrap filled with rice. If I say no mayo, that means no mayo. If I ask for habanero, I should not receive barbecue sauce. Given how much business you receive from our workplace alone, this level of incompetence and disregard for paying customers is embarrassing. Take this seriously, because customers should not be paying daily for this kind of service.
This Timmy's is the best. Great place to chill with coffee or have a meeting there. Norma and her crew are polite, always in a good mood, place is clean, and food and drink delicious.
This Tim Hortons really stands out, especially during the night shift. The staff are kind, patient, and professional, and the food is always good. You can tell they care about their customers.

They greet us every time with a smile, and it truly makes a difference. The food and drinks are always fresh, and everything is prepared with care.
