They need to clean up. The service reminds me of the nurses in the hospital. Minimum is too much.

Hi Crystal Here! I absolutely love this Tim Hortons. Definitely recommend. I'm a student and this is definitely the most efficient Tim Hortons I have been to and it is important to me that it is fast and really good because I need a lot of coffee during exams.

I'm a remote coder, so I can work from home. However, since I don't have a coffee machine at home, I often come to this Tim Hortons. To me, this Tims is like a normal coffee shop; ordering coffee and receiving it is a smooth experience. But I want to mention an area for improvement, which I think is a problem with most Tims. Because I'm a remote coder, I enjoy bringing my laptop to coffee shops to code, except at home. But most Tims feel more like restaurants than coffee shops to me. I think the appearance and layout of the tables and chairs have a significant impact. If this could be improved, I think people who can work from anywhere would be more willing to stay in Tims :)

I must ask them to grill the bread like 3 times every time to have my tim matin with non raw bread, these guys find a way to burn it one side and it’s still not cooked at all on the other. It’s been like 10 times
