I had a reality check today with the new Tim's Horton sandwich Le Supreme : a hard check for reality vs expectations. But the flavours were great, really yummy !!!

I’ve been coming to this location for over 20 years, which is why it’s disappointing to say that the experience lately has gone downhill. Almost every other visit, there’s an issue with my drink order, especially with the newer drinks. The quality is noticeably inconsistent compared to other branches, and you can often tell the drinks aren’t being prepared properly. I usually don’t bother going back to exchange them because I want to avoid the inconvenience, but after this happening more than 15 times in the last 3 months, something clearly needs to improve. Whether it’s better staff training or more supervision, the consistency and quality control at this location really need attention.

Amazing service from the morning staff! They’re always smiling and in a great mood, which really makes you feel at home. Especially the Asian girl who seems to be the manager — she does a great job and truly stands out. The whole team deserves the best support that Tim Hortons can provide to its stores! ☕️👏

I had such a great experience at Tim Hortons today. The service was honestly amazing, and I have to give a special shoutout to Mike. He was so friendly, patient, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell he really cares about customers and takes pride in his work. I was incredibly amazed by how positive and professional he was, especially during a busy time. It really made my day. Mike is awesome! So polite and kind. The food is amazing and I love my iced coffee and breakfast. He keeps everything clean and sanitary. Good food and good vibes.

Hi, I love the night staff named Mike. I always come here after my night shift and I am greeted by a smile. He is very nice and kind. He's the best, keep Mike. Out of all the time Hortons I've been to this Tim Hortons is the best because of Mike. From ya boy, DJSTEEL ❤️
