Went 3 times and each of those times orders were wrong. Employees were not polite. The feeling was that they did not want to be there. I am tired of going to tims period. No matter where you go they always mess up the order . I rather starbucks,better service ,polite and always get orders right

I ordered 20 timbits got 11.5 cause 1 was literally eaten. Thank god I looked inside before brining leaving the drive… really careless staff

This morning I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes so I could order the same thing I get everyday (large protein iced latte). I order it specifically for the protein milk, not to mention this drink isn’t the cheapest and what was not in my iced LATTE…the protein milk that I pay extra for…not to mention there wasn’t even any espresso foam on top or anything. First day back at work and I get to start my day with an iced black coffee when I paid for a latte
