The indian guy was chilling on his phone and he didn't say Hi. He only speak English and my mobile order was not ready when I arrive at the restaurant. It was midnight and there's nobody at the restaurant

I ordered a breakfast combo and paid, it looked a bit expensive from what I usually pay but hey, everything is getting super expensive, I didn’t think anything of it . I received my order and no beverage … I then asked for my beverage and she said I hadn’t pay for it… 🤷‍♀️ I ordered a combo… I asked to see my receipt and noticed she charged everything individually. 😮‍💨 Can you make sure your new employees know the basics when they’re put to work? They gave me my beverage for “free” … still I paid more than I was supposed to. Also, who charges 1$ for a splash of mayo on the side? Can’t wait for Dukin Donut’s to make a come back, Tim Hortons has to step up their game.

Everytime I went there, there was a very limited donuts offering. 2 to 4 types of donuts max and only 2 or 3 of each type. Last time I went, the cashier took my payment for 6 donuts and after I paid asked me to wait 5 minutes because he had things to do in the back store. WHAT???? I asked for a refund and went to the Tim Hortons on Iberville street. Never went back. Tim Horton better up their game with Homer's donuts opening a few street from them and offering a great variety of donuts that are all delicious and that are not made in a factory, frozen and shipped to the Tim's locations.
