Seems the toilet has been broken for at least 3 weeks. When toilet will be accessible, I will maybe come back for a coffee.

Great experience at Tim Hortons! The staff was friendly and the service was quick. I really enjoyed the food and coffee. Everything was fresh and tasty. I’m very happy with the service and will definitely visit again!

The indian guy was chilling on his phone and he didn't say Hi. He only speak English and my mobile order was not ready when I arrive at the restaurant. It was midnight and there's nobody at the restaurant

I ordered a breakfast combo and paid, it looked a bit expensive from what I usually pay but hey, everything is getting super expensive, I didn’t think anything of it . I received my order and no beverage … I then asked for my beverage and she said I hadn’t pay for it… 🤷‍♀️ I ordered a combo… I asked to see my receipt and noticed she charged everything individually. 😮‍💨 Can you make sure your new employees know the basics when they’re put to work? They gave me my beverage for “free” … still I paid more than I was supposed to. Also, who charges 1$ for a splash of mayo on the side? Can’t wait for Dukin Donut’s to make a come back, Tim Hortons has to step up their game.
