No one cares. It's not proudly Canadian any longer and it shows. They consistently forget to put cream in their donuts and somehow regardless what coffee I order I often get just a plain black one. Sugar milk? They're too busy for that. If you can't get a coffee right you shouldn't be in the business

I went there on Friday night 14feb the guy name (Khushal) served me fresh donuts with a fresh coffee.

Got a medium coffee at this place at the drive thru. It wasn’t a coffee. It was just hot water. I only found out after driving a bit far from the place. Utterly disappointed. I wish I could give zero star to this Tim Hortons. Avoid this place at any cost.

If I could give this place a -100000 I would. I came at 9:45pm and asked for a donut...apparently they had none. Lol I then asked if they had hockey cards..guess what ? Had none also.What a joke of a place.This tim hortants is the worst ever lol. Slow workers and they are completly lost at all times 24/7. Shame.Highly HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. ✌️

Might not come back again .I went to drive thru to order a bol delice poulet habernero and I was loud so he can hear me and he just gave a pizza instead .Their a big difference in spelling of pizza and bol délice and he gave me a look like that's not my fault .Like come on !!!!

This is my second encounter with the cashiers here. This time is worst because she insisted I did not say I wanted bacon in my sandwich. I ordered sausage and bacon biscuit timatin, never asked the question if she has a doubt about it. It was fine I thought she got it. I took the order from the person who's making the sandwich, she said no its only sausage, gave me the eyes that says its my mistake, talked to the cashier about it and insisted I did not say it. Wow, I know what I wanted and always what I order. Two of these person are not meant to be a customer service person. I wanted to dine in but I changed my mind because of these attitude. They're drinking Starbucks in front of the clients, a slap in the face. Its nice to put some training in there.
