Serive was so good and food was fresh in night, they give me fresh melting donut double chocolate and it was soo good. The guy name. Was chirag and kushal and they was very nice

Just went there a few minutes ago, and that cashier has to be one of the rudest cashiers I've ever met. She doesn't even bother to say hi, and when I greet her, she just glares at me and couldn't even bother to at least nod her head. I tell her my order, and she literally looks like she doesn't want to talk to me. When the next person comes, she's a lot nicer to that one. Can't tell if this is racial profiling or not, but I'm never stepping foot in this establishment ever again.

This is not for this branch. This is for all the Tim Hortons in Canada. Their drink is fake, there is no richness in it. What happened to the food, take 10 more mins but drink better at home than these chemicals

Never go here... The one on Marcel Laurin is way better. Order a latte biscoff on the drive through with creme on top, got a regular black coffee. Got charged for the latte which is way more expensive. And of course we realized at home...

No one cares. It's not proudly Canadian any longer and it shows. They consistently forget to put cream in their donuts and somehow regardless what coffee I order I often get just a plain black one. Sugar milk? They're too busy for that. If you can't get a coffee right you shouldn't be in the business

Got a medium coffee at this place at the drive thru. It wasn’t a coffee. It was just hot water. I only found out after driving a bit far from the place. Utterly disappointed. I wish I could give zero star to this Tim Hortons. Avoid this place at any cost.

If I could give this place a -100000 I would. I came at 9:45pm and asked for a donut...apparently they had none. Lol I then asked if they had hockey cards..guess what ? Had none also.What a joke of a place.This tim hortants is the worst ever lol. Slow workers and they are completly lost at all times 24/7. Shame.Highly HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. ✌️

Might not come back again .I went to drive thru to order a bol delice poulet habernero and I was loud so he can hear me and he just gave a pizza instead .Their a big difference in spelling of pizza and bol délice and he gave me a look like that's not my fault .Like come on !!!!

This is my second encounter with the cashiers here. This time is worst because she insisted I did not say I wanted bacon in my sandwich. I ordered sausage and bacon biscuit timatin, never asked the question if she has a doubt about it. It was fine I thought she got it. I took the order from the person who's making the sandwich, she said no its only sausage, gave me the eyes that says its my mistake, talked to the cashier about it and insisted I did not say it. Wow, I know what I wanted and always what I order. Two of these person are not meant to be a customer service person. I wanted to dine in but I changed my mind because of these attitude. They're drinking Starbucks in front of the clients, a slap in the face. Its nice to put some training in there.
