I go here pretty often and usually the service is fine. The workers are typically quick and competent. However, I was recently served by employees that seemed to be new (at least, I’ve never seen them before). I ordered food to go and the cook gave me my food in my hands like everything was normal. I looked confused and then asked for a bag to put the food in. It was very embarrassing and awkward. She also didn’t give me any napkins. Furthermore, the one who prepared my coffee handed it over without the protective sleeve. I ordered two drinks and she didn’t even offer a tray to put them in. I was burning my fingers carrying the hot coffee all the way to my car. It should be automatic to put the sleeve around the coffee cup. Disappointing. And they are limited with their selection of donuts and cookies compared to other Tim Hortons locations.
