Sorry that I dont speak french fluently, but Un grand cafe latte avec lait d’avoine, ce n'est pas si difficile à comprendre. All they care about is their Timer for the driver thru. I gently asked the lady in french and in English twice but i guess being rude is part of the job. And they made me wait for 10 minutes for just one drink. An advise from a former Store Manager, Dont come to work for a job where you have to serve people but you get rude in two hours after clocking in, if you are having bad day, work in kitchen, Train the other staff member and they can take the orders,
