Staff are annoying. Ordered from the self-serve kiosk, selected a mini egg donut. 5 mins later the man said there were none left so could I choose something else. Only the blueberry muffin looked nice, but he said that was way more expensive so couldn’t be done. Nothing else looked appealing so I asked for a refund. A woman eventually came over and said when I’m ordering from the self-serve, I should really check the stock in the cabinet first. I don’t work there, I assume you only sell stuff you have. Should’ve said “sorry the machine doesn’t show our live stock levels, have anything else in the cabinet. A wee tip for future, everything in stock is in this cabinet” Anyway the wrap gave me the runs.

Very dirty place, to the point where you feel uncomfortable sitting on at their tables. No plugins for laptops despite advertised free wifi. Personnel just disappear with your order. Self-order machines are a joke. Avoid.

I used the automated service machine and it was clear then asked me to input my name and i did , then it asked "are you sure? " ...i stood there for a minute rethinking my life then i completed the order..... After getting my coffee and timbit , which was incredibly fast and delicious , me rethinking life before my coffee and timbits makes it better

Overall good experience Decided to try the new caramel churro wrap and maple butter donut along with an everything bacon pizza witu my partner, but was unfortunately informed that they no longer had the donut. I was unbothered because service was great, but the pizza tasted a bit bland. The sauce was pretty acidic, there wasnt much flavor apart from when i put the chipotle sauce and ive been been 💩ing liquid since i ate it. My partner had one slice and she had the same problem but for much less time, its been 72 hrs and i understand it probably doesnt happen everytime however it is getting worrying. Definitely not the worst tims ive been to though, despite the long line food came quick and even with the homeless and stuff everyone was pretty nice and kept to themselves Overall experience 3/5

The owner is very stingy, the restaurant works very good and he earn a lot of money but he put just two employes on the services u need to wait 20 min to take just a small coffee

I was given the wrong order by an employee, and returned to the café upon noticing. I am concerned that the worker Manipé has placed the donuts back onto the presentation rack with the other donuts without asking me if I had touched them first. Following my inquiry, she asked if I had touched them and claimed to have intentions of throwing them out later.
