Honestly not great. No good bye, no thank you. Zero. It just feels off. And the quality of food has dropped off like other Tim Horton's have as well. I gave an extra star because they did have decent breakfast sandwiches last year, opposed to all the other tim's in Ottawa. I cba to buy food here anymore. I stop for the odd coffee cause it has a drive thru. Tim's is dying out after being a Canadian staple for so many years due to poor decisions regarding hiring practices and quality control/cutting costs. This would look much better as a Wendy's or something that actually makes good food.
