I had a very bad experience today around 1:15 pm at this certain Tim Hortans. I ordered 2 ranch wraps with a medium vanilla iced cap, because I had a coupon for a 1$ drink and 7$ for the 2 wraps. And My total comes to around 12$ but I don’t think much of it and tell myself it’s probably the taxes. As I wait for my order the lady hands me a bottle of coke and I give her a confused look. I begin to realize she charged me for the wrong items! My 2 wraps, the iced cap and a coke.. I told the lady she made a mistake but as I see she’s in a rush I wont refund it and just keep it. She looks at me n replies “Good for you” I was shocked for a moment at her response and at the end I told her I could have caused a scene or became angry yet I chose to do her a favour and how she should at least excuse herself for making a mistake.

This is by far one of the best Time locations of all Montreal, professional staff with positive attitude especially ASHIMA she always have a smile and very friendly toward customers, this is my everyday Tim and always gives me positive energy
