I usually don’t write reviews, but I wanted to say that this Tim Hortons has very friendly staff and great service. My order was ready fast and everything was fresh. The place was also very clean. I will definitely come back.
This is one of the best Tim Hortons locations I’ve been to. The staff are always kind and welcoming, the service is quick, and the place is clean. You can tell they care about customers. I always enjoy coming here. 🥯🥐🍩☕️
Worst Tim Hortons here I am doing something nice for someone in need and the girl at the cash puts 50$ on the gift card when I specifically said 15$. There’s no way for me to get back any money because of her mistake. I’m a cashier also who works a minimum wage job so 50$ is a lot for me to lose and the thing is they don’t care not one apology was offered.
On March 29 at around 1:30 pm, I visited this Tim Hortons and had a very disappointing and frustrating experience. There was an activated offer in my app for buy one Farmer’s Wrap and get one free. While placing my order, I specifically asked the employee to confirm the promotion, and she told me that it would be automatically deducted. I then used the app to scan and pay in one step. However, after the payment went through, I immediately saw that the discount had not been applied. I raised the issue right away and asked for a refund. The employee said she could not do it. Then the manager came over, checked the offer, and told me that it only applied to delivery or pickup orders, not in-store orders. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager kept saying “it’s your fault.” I then asked to cancel the order, especially since it had only been placed a few seconds earlier and the food had clearly not been prepared yet. The manager refused and claimed that the order was already ready, which was simply not true. I repeated that I was requesting cancellation almost immediately after ordering, and that I no longer even cared about the deal — I just wanted the order cancelled. She still refused and kept repeating that it was “my fault.” What made this experience so bad was not only the issue with the promotion, but the rude, dismissive, and accusatory attitude from the manager. A customer asked for confirmation before ordering, followed the employee’s guidance, noticed the problem immediately, and then was blamed repeatedly instead of being helped. This is a terrible example of customer service, especially from such a well-known Canadian brand. It was honestly embarrassing to see this level of service. With treatment like this, it is hard to understand how Tim Hortons expects customers to stay loyal when competitors like McDonald’s and Starbucks offer much better service and professionalism. Very disappointing. I will think twice before coming back to this location. If I could rate 0 or negative star, I would love to do so, they deserve it!

Everytime I order delivery from here, I get either very less quantity or wrong, missing items . Lately I have been noticing last time I got chicken in my vegetarian cilantro lime bowl and this time I got pissed off more when I order vegetarian bowl and got hardly 4-5 spoons of it. The quantity was too less for a person to eat. Also there were no utensils in the order. I kindly request you to take care of it. People are paying and not getting it for free.
I think you know what im about to say. Less than average customwr service, will be rude sometimes. You will feel like your in another country.
Real crowded but always seats are available
The staff member was very rude to me. Saying that she didn't understand my order and the 3rd time I said it she told me, "That's all you had to say." I had said the same thing 3 times with very slight variations because I was confused as to what was so confusing about ordering one coffee and one latté. The menu only stated one size for the latté so I was unaware that I needed to specify which size as the worker also never asked me which size I wanted for the latté so she just automatically sold me a large when I would have preferred a small if I didn't have to get a medium at 8pm. And when I asked why it was a large she just told me I was confusing.
I visit this Tim Hortons every now and then and have been fortunate to have a pleasant experience. The food itself is very good and as you would expect from any Tim Hortons, the customer service is attentive. The staff are smiling and welcoming, thanking customers and being polite and courteous in a busy place makes a big difference. If Tim Hortons is supposed to be a Canadian staple where people can grab a coffee and feel at home, this place delivers.I visit this Tim Hortons every now and then and have been fortunate to have a pleasant experience. The food itself is very good and as you would expect from any Tim Hortons, the customer service is attentive. The cashier got my order wrong so all my food was wrong. when I went up to correct my order the cashier didn’t hesitate to say yes and change it. the manager overheard and told her to charge me for a mistake that she made and didn’t stop pushing for the mistake to be paid for by me even though it was their fault. good cashier, terrible manager. would not recommend, go somewhere else.
