Terrible service, refuse to change an order even though it was just placed a few second ago. Extremely rude staff who did not want to help. Very disappointed with the service

Navreet has excellent customer service skills. Incredibly friendly. She stands out at her position. Most places don't smile, or even speak to you with general conversation. Foods the best it's been. Steady improvement. I'd like fresher donuts to be honest. My negative comment is that I don't feel safe doing my work at the location. WAY too many homeless people, who happen to be either passive aggresive, or incredibly aggresive. Bathrooms are always closed as well.

The staff is very slow and rude. I stood here 15mins and more for the black coffee. Everyone before me had the same comment.

There was an employee named Navreet. Her customer service was excellent, and the store was much cleaner compared to other nearby Tim Hortons locations. Overall, it was a very good experience.

I visited Tim Hortons this evening and had a coffee with an everything bagel. Everything was fresh and delicious! What made my visit extra special was the amazing service from Navreet. She treated me very kindly, was polite, and made me feel truly welcome. Her friendly attitude and warm smile really brightened my day. Thank you, Navreet, for the wonderful customer service! I am writing this review regarding my ongoing experiences at this Tim Hortons location. I visit most mornings before heading to work, and unfortunately the environment has become increasingly uncomfortable and concerning. On many occasions, a large number of homeless individuals are occupying the majority of the tables for extended periods of time. It is common to see people sleeping at tables, slouched over for long stretches, or appearing heavily under the influence of drugs. This creates an atmosphere that feels unsafe and unwelcoming first thing. Don’t get me started on the strong unpleasant odor throughout the dining area, and several individuals behave in ways that feel disruptive or intimidating. You can’t even sit in peace without being fully alert for your own safety. At the same time, many of the tables that are not occupied are frequently left unclean — with garbage, spills, and crumbs remaining for long periods. Despite there appearing to be multiple staff members on shift, the dining area regularly feels poorly maintained and unmanaged. As paying customers we expect a clean, safe, and properly maintained café environment. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and implements stronger oversight to ensure cleanliness, seating availability, and a more comfortable, safe atmosphere for customers. My review isn’t based on a one day observation but months if not years of observation. I’ll insert pictures as well just so you guys see a glimpse of what I mean. It’s absolutely unbelievable, unsanitary and disgusting.

Hello , tonight I visited this tim Horton at 9.30 ,I ordered food with new drinks, there was a cashier name navreet her service is very good I like the most way of she treated me and gave me my food . She suggested me some new drinks then I ordered latte pistachios this was very delicious
