The customer service is terrible. The staff doesn't want to help, and when they do, they're incompetent. There are no restroom facilities for customers, even though there are two restrooms. I think this business should have much better customer service. Thank u.

Le service à la clientèle est efficace et avec délicatesse. I usually take the breakfast and coffee it's always fresh. I would like to also mention the manager Eric he's so helpful always present with a smile to help his team to succeed. Thank you!

Dear owner, I came from your store this early morning and asked for tap water. The man who did the cashier (a Mexican) was very rude. He shouted at me that I need to pay for the cup for the water. I even showed him my large ice cappuccino that I bought yesterday with him but still he wanted me to pay for the cup. So I gave him $2 but still he didn’t give me a cup of water. This is not the first time that he shouted at a customer. I saw him screaming as well to a man before me last time. He isn’t professional and showed poor customer service. I hope you do a professional training for this individual. He doesn’t deserve to be in the front of catering customers. I would like to speak to you in person if you wanted to. Thank you

Worst service i ever had. We told them that the female washroom is not clean. And the guy replied we can't do anything. I mean who is responsible for that? And why are you replying with that attitude?
