Bad service and the waiter is nervous
I ordered chicken pizza but they gave me pizza with crispy chicken pieces and all pieces are burned like hell already i told at the counter why it is not slow cooked chicken and staff talked very rudely and told me that there is only crispy chicken in the night no slow cooked chicken I believe he should inform me about that before making my order Worst experience everr!
Great experience at Tim Hortons! The cleanliness of the restaurant was excellent, the food was fresh and tasty, and the service was friendly and efficient. The coffee was perfectly made—I’ll definitely be back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Everytime here have to wait longgg time to get served! They are very short staffed! The cashier has to prepare everyone’s food!
As a part of my Sperm Donation World Tour of Canada I stopped by here after my hike through Mount Royal. After my first ever experience of Tim Hortons in India in Feb, I was really excited, but I gotta say so far India's version in Delhi Cybercity takes the prize. Still good coffee though and got some cappuccino balls to go with they were ok.

This is the most amazing Tims I have ever visited!! During my visit the staff were friendly and the service was fast. This store was the cleanest I’ve ever seen as well. If you ever visit their pastries were out of this world and the coffee was nice and fresh.
Typical Tim Hortons food good coffee Great. This location is slower than most long wait to make my order then only 1 person making all the orders.
Crappy customer service. They see a customer walk in needing to use the bathroom and they completely ignore and pretend they dont see you. Ditched the place going to mcdo

I like this Tim Hortons, it's very central, and it is safe, I always pass by for a coffee and a croissant/sandwich or muffin.
I went to order late at night, and the staff working at 1am were not kind. There was no line or rush but would toss my food when it was ready and when I politely asked for milk for my hot chocolate they tossed the little stick to mix, on the counter.. that may not seem bad but its not clean anymore and on top of that he had a very mean attitude
