This is the most amazing Tims I have ever visited!! During my visit the staff were friendly and the service was fast. This store was the cleanest I’ve ever seen as well. If you ever visit their pastries were out of this world and the coffee was nice and fresh.

I like this Tim Hortons, it's very central, and it is safe, I always pass by for a coffee and a croissant/sandwich or muffin.

I went to order late at night, and the staff working at 1am were not kind. There was no line or rush but would toss my food when it was ready and when I politely asked for milk for my hot chocolate they tossed the little stick to mix, on the counter.. that may not seem bad but its not clean anymore and on top of that he had a very mean attitude

The service of this tim hortons is very good. All the employees are so hardworking.The place is clean even the public washrooms are super clean. I always buy their cappuccino with my favourite morning wrap. I love this place .

I’ve been a loyal customer here for the past two years as a McGill student. Not many complaints, it’s a good Tim’s and in a good location. Very few problems here, besides their morning/lunch rushes, but there’s only so much they can do! This is a busy location, and they handle it as best as possible. Overall, I really like coming here as part of my routine, and I like seeing familiar faces. Most recently, there was an incident where somebody walked off with my food before I got to the counter, but Ami was super sweet and attentive. She immediately offered to remake my order and apologized for it. I wouldn’t blame them for someone else’s actions. I did one of their guest surveys, and they really listen to their customers here. This isn’t the first time I’ve written something and they take my feedback to heart. I recently spoke with the manager, Roaksana, and she did her best to make things right. Be nice and patient with them and they will treat you the same in return.
