Rithika if you don't know what a customer service atleast learn the dictionary definition and stay at counter and take order and follow the customer instructions with respect to sugar keep in mind customer is not taking a free service he/she is paying for it you are not serving charity here bich

I am very enraged by the supervisor at this tim hortons. I got there to buy something to eat. Just before I got there my account was hacked , in which i got a call from the bank, so while am there waiting for my order I was quickly trying to transfer funds to another card to make a payment. I was rushed. I was told its not their fault I do not have money in my bank account and was also told how much time i had enough from the time of order to pick up. I was upset and said shut up because that is an accusation and then the supervisor kept on saying stuff and I said would you just shut up. I was already having a difficult day . I just came there to order something to just ease my day. I will NEVER come to tim hortons on champlain ever again!!! He also decided not to give me the order like it came from his kitchen and from his pay check.

I love this Tims! I live near the one on Champlain but pass it to go to this one! Everything is always so fresh and the coffee is ACTUALLY hot! The service is amazing always so friendly and polite. Best Tim’s in Lasalle.

I visited this Tim Hortons a few days ago in evening . I was waiting to place my order, but the staff took a long time even though they were not busy and were laughing among themselves. I felt very disappointed and I will not visit this place again.

Such a disaster experience i had today!! Even though after becoming almost regular customer to them , always asking for an oatmilk and today first of all the girl who was taking my order was not really paying attention to what i was saying, poor customer service and then when the other girl who gave me my drink , i reconfirmed that is it with oatmilk and she said yes,, it means they are just making people stupid!! This kind of service i always received in the evening!!! Sometimes they forgot the order or just 2 cooffes! And asking again when you reach the window !!

I ordered timbits on the Tim Hortons app from this location, got my order, but I was taken aback by the smell of the box (and the timbits, unfortunately). The driver very likely smokes in his car, which contaminated the food and made it smell very bad. If the food didn’t smell like cigarette smoke I wouldn’t be leaving this review, but it did, and when I take a bite it’s like I’m tasting the bad smell.

No kidding even after 4yrs from the 1st review I Ieft this Tim Hortons the best!!! the Staff is so FriendIy and out going never a probIem..I Iove my Sausage Farmer's Wrap extra griIIed when the wrap is crispy soooo goood ..they are the onIy ones that make it Iike I Iike it and do it with a smiIe!!! on ChampIain they are fast but the orders are thrown and never a smiIe they are machines the Cappucino machine broke down and since its been repaired the Cappucino is no Ionger good so rather go here on Shevchenko were you aIways feeI weIcomed

Horrible Experience. I ordered a bagel at the drive thru. From the window I saw the girl making it. She did have gloves on and a mask I presume she was sick. With her clear gloves she wiped her leaking nose and continued to make my bagel. Don't go here.
