I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons location. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very efficient, even during busy hours. My order was prepared quickly and everything tasted fresh and delicious. It’s always a reliable place for coffee, breakfast, or a quick snack. Highly recommend this location!

I had a really good experience here. The coffee was fresh and perfectly made, and the food was warm and tasty. The staff were polite and the place was clean and well organized. Definitely one of the better Tim Hortons locations I’ve visited.

We got the usual french vanilla with Caramel syrop wich we loved but now it tastes just like cinnamon apparently the new syrop they use is bad, this is the fourth place this week and I can't get my coffee there anymore, it's not worth it ..

I have worked in restaurants before, but never seen something like this. They took min 20mins for the food. (How can I be sure, i was on break during that time for work and had a timer on.) The girl doing the wraps asked what my order was, after confirming she was looking me up and down then spoke to her friend then wrapped the food together (didn't know it took two people on one wrap while there is a line up) then she hands me over the food extremely hot not even wrapped properly, I had to do a U-turn and ask for a bag, put down the food as it was very hot, wrapped the food myself as it opened and almost fell. Not only that, but for some reason the wrap did not taste like the usual from other Tims. Looked up she is in a smile. BTW it isn't the first time. They messed up my dads order multiple times before, I thought that my dad was making a big deal when he kept on saying they did it on purpose. But now I know he was right.

I came on Saturday and Sunday both days together . Everytime staff told me at 4 pm we are closed . I order bagel . They refused one hour before closing. That’s not eccepable. It was one hour left for closing. Very very bad experience.

Each time I go order an espresso they say that the machine for that doesn't work. So you lost a customer now I take my nespresso from cafe depot at the same center

Very disappointing experience. My daughter went to the counter to order a coffee for me. When it was her turn, a tall, bearded employee rudely and forcefully told her to “get out.” There was no explanation, no courtesy, and absolutely no reason to speak to a customer—especially a child—in such a manner. We are very familiar with this mall and usually trust the staff here, which is why my daughter often helps me by running small errands. Seeing a child treated with this level of hostility is unacceptable and disturbing. I only learned about what happened after my daughter returned to our table. She is kind and did not want me to confront the employee on the spot, so I chose not to escalate the situation in public. However, this does not make the behavior any less serious. This reflects extremely poor customer service and a lack of basic respect. A business that treats children this way needs to seriously review its staff behavior and training. I hope management takes this matter seriously.
