April 19th, 2026 at approximately 10:15a.m.: female worker (she currently looked like the only female there) very coldly gave me my coffee order. It makes a big difference to be kind, engaged with your job, and ending the customer service interaction properly! I believe this needs to be discussed with the staff member, to ensure satisfactory standards of service are being upheld. 😬

I’m leaving this review as a warning to other customers. I ordered pickup from this Tim Hortons (large iced coffee with cream and cane sugar syrup, crispy chicken bacon ranch wrap, and a chocolate dip donut). About four hours after eating, I started violently vomiting and threw up a large amount multiple times. Of course I can’t prove the exact cause, but the timing was concerning and the symptoms were severe. I strongly suggest the store review food handling and freshness. I hope no one else experiences this.

Don't just Don't. Mobile ordered... waited 15 min outside in my car, never got the ready to pick up...went in to check only to find a disorganised Tim's with unnecessary lines, no team work, with frozen bagels being microwaved to be served...only to wait another 15 min for a bagel mobile order 15 min ago..... Then walk out with a ticket for wishing to grab a quick bagel on an empty stomac before work... Parking ticket guys love this place the slowest and easiest ticket... Like this comment if your bagle costed you 115$...
