Poor communication there's a girl server has no communication , she saw you waiting and after you speak to her ...she say's " i have other order to finish" what the heck this server need to train we are 2 people in the line waiting for a minute., better replace the girl server the one with good communication and attitude.

It was a very unpleasant experience. The staff were unfriendly and did not pay attention to the customers. I wasted my time because they did not take my order properly. Also, they chattered and laughed in their own language in front of the customers, which was offensive.
I had a disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. The employee was speaking very loudly and the service felt unfriendly. There was no greeting or “thank you,” which made the interaction feel unprofessional.
Line of 5 people and a sigh says be back in 10mins 😅 please make sure ur employee is working , not sleeping in the back .
Terrible customer service, the person who is working right now, is terribly rude. Did not bought anything. Only because of her. Treated us so poorly we didn’t not deserve this kind of disrespect. Her name starts with ‘N’.
