Pretty good place if you need coffee urgently. I usually stop here during my jogging session with my dog and get some of my favourite drink as well as his favourite snacks. It is the perfect energy boost. And you can order very quick and get your food and drinks very quick because the service and the people are very fast.

Although my order was right, I have to say the employee that worked yesterday Friday May 1st at 4:40pm was the rudest employee in my experience at buying at Tim Hortons, and I mean out of all Montreal, province of Quebec, Ottawa, Toronto, Vancouver, Sudbury, Toronto, Hamilton, etc. So congratulations to that location you earned the reward of having the most arrogant, dismissive employee I have ever experienced

I had one of the WORST!!!!! experiences I’ve ever had at Tim Hortons, and honestly, it’s concerning on a serious level. As someone who is a lifelong diabetic, I specifically ordered a sugar-free drink. The employee had no idea what that meant and didn’t seem interested in figuring it out. Instead, I was given a drink with sugar, which caused my blood sugar to spike so severely that I ended up in the ER with hyperglycemia. This isn’t just bad service. It’s dangerous. On top of that, the staff member was visibly frustrated and rude during the entire interaction. It felt like asking basic questions was an inconvenience. To make things worse, they didn’t even have ice or the flavor I originally wanted, so I was forced to pick an alternative anyway. And this isn’t a one-time issue. On a separate visit, I ordered a chicken wrap and somehow received one filled with Boston cream instead of ranch. This is honestly baffling and shows a complete lack of quality control. Between the lack of basic product knowledge, poor attitude, and serious mistakes with orders, this location is not just disappointing. It is unsafe. I would strongly recommend avoiding it, especially if you have any dietary or medical needs.

Poor communication there's a girl server has no communication , she saw you waiting and after you speak to her ...she say's " i have other order to finish" what the heck this server need to train we are 2 people in the line waiting for a minute., better replace the girl server the one with good communication and attitude.

It was a very unpleasant experience. The staff were unfriendly and did not pay attention to the customers. I wasted my time because they did not take my order properly. Also, they chattered and laughed in their own language in front of the customers, which was offensive.

I had a disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. The employee was speaking very loudly and the service felt unfriendly. There was no greeting or “thank you,” which made the interaction feel unprofessional.

Terrible customer service, the person who is working right now, is terribly rude. Did not bought anything. Only because of her. Treated us so poorly we didn’t not deserve this kind of disrespect. Her name starts with ‘N’.
