I ordered a pizza, i always get it and i am always satisfied but this time it was just the bread they put barely any sauce and no cheese. So i asked the cashier that the pizza is too dry, the manager walks in showing us attitude and going all like, what what what, this is how its supposed to be. So my question is to tim hortons your stuff is supposed to be dry and inedible or what??you know what it was just 6$ so i don’t really care my only issue is with the manager, i work in food service too, i know it can get hectic to deal with too many customers but hey uf the customer is polite with you the least you can do is return the same attitude. I don’t want free shit! I am bringing back you the entirety of my order showing you that its not good and u still are giving me attitude while i am being nothing but respectful im telling her the food is dry and she is telling me it’s cold bcz u were outside and i never went outside my question was the pizzas are dry not cold FYI. Bravo thats how you promote managers at timhortons??!! It happened yesterday 1:30 pm fyi
